Teen Wellbeing Program is specifically designed for teenagers and young adults to develop practical tools and strategies to build self-confidence, manage stress, optimise their mindset and embrace their unique personality and gifts, and make school a more enjoyable experience.
Through my 1:1 online sessions I am able to provide empowering, solution-focused, uplifting and personalised mentoring to specifically help your teen feel nurtured, empowered, supported and understood.
To give them a holistic skill set to help them navigate the challenges of secondary school and in life.

As a qualified Teen Mentor, Mental Health Coach, Demartini Method Facilitator, Health and Nutrition Coach, EFT Practitioner and Human Design Guide, I am a champion for teens and young adults who want to create gentle, yet empowering shifts in their mind, body and life.
Although the program is predominantly delivered online, I am open to in person sessions within Sunshine Coast, Qld.
It’s incredibly important that your teen feels ready, willing and comfortable with the process. The first step is to speak with you and your teen over the phone or via Zoom to make sure you both feel it’s the right move going forward.
Together, we can determine the best path forward.
Most teens are nervous the first time they answer my first Zoom call. My first goal is to set their minds at ease. First, I explain to them that it’s perfectly normal to be nervous and confused as to why they are talking to me.
If they have never heard of a wellbeing coach I let them know that coaching and mentoring gives them a safe, confidential place for them to learn tools, and gain the confidence they need to live their best life.
Teenagers are well known for keeping their biggest challenges to themselves. As a coach, I walk alongside teens, offering tools and support to help them recognise that they have the power to make a change in their lives. Teenagers love the coaching and mentoring model as mentors believe that teenagers aren’t “broken,” so there is nothing to “fix.” Finding your child a coach or mentor, you are giving them an even greater chance at success.
I aim to give teens a range of simple and practical strategies to help overcome and move through every-day fears and challenges in life.
For real change and growth to occur, it’s important to invest time so that we can regularly check in, develop skills and build a relationship based on trust and respect. To this end, we will work together for a minimum of 8 sessions (2 months).
In saying that, I want you and your teen to think of me as your employee. You hire me for two months and, if for any reason through the two months, you or your teen decide that you don’t want to continue with the program, you can simply end it and I will then refund you any remaining money. This is unlikely to occur however, I think it’s nice to know that you have this option and not feel locked into anything.
