To register as a Community Partner with Higher Swing, you must deliver a workshop, program, camp, retreat, or offer 1:1 coaching and mentoring that benefits the mental health and wellbeing of school age kids aged 5 to 18 years, or their parents.
- Registered to deliver services in Australia.
- Hold a current ABN and have no outstanding actions or enforcement orders recorded by Fair Trading (ensure that your details are up to date with the Australian Business Register).
- Obtain relevant checks for all staff and/or volunteers to comply with legislation in the State and/or Territory your business services are provided. Including, but not limited to, Working with Children Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening for registered providers (if applicable).
- Hold current Certificates of Currency for Indemnity and Insurance policies appropriate to the type and level of activities being delivered (minimum public liability cover of $10 million for low-risk activities, and $20 million for high-risk activities.
- It is highly recommended that your business has a Child Safe Policy or the Child Safe Organisation e-learning module by the Office of the Children's Guardian has been completed.
- Partners must hold appropriate skills, experience, or qualifications for the activities provided, including appropriate accreditation for high-risk activities, e.g., overnight camping, abseiling activities, etc.
- Evidence of qualifications and experience be available to Higher Swing upon request.
- Full suite of event management features and automations, including transactional email notifications and generated invoices.
- Direct bookings and Stripe integration for payments, including 1% donation to charity partner.
- Engaging buyer experience with easy navigation, interactive map, filtered searches and functionality on all devices.
- Full access to list and manage your own programs and attendee lists, with sub-accounts available for multiple coordinator access.
- Ability to track your best-selling programs and sales through our Partner Portal.
- Flexible event types suitable for once-off, recurring, multiple day, and packaged programs.
- Copy edited description service to maximise conversion rates and SEO, whilst staying true to your brand.
- Ability to upload and manage your educators’ Working with Children and Vulnerable Person Checks, giving assurance to parents.
