Inclusion & Diversity Coaching for Educators - Brisbane

Expand Your Library is offering a coaching program customised to meet your needs as an educator or school leader, providing comprehensive skills, language, and tangible active steps to enhance the wonderful and inclusive work you are already doing.

Along with this, a curated book and resource list is included to assist you as an educator create and maintain a culturally safe learning environment in your classroom, which is aligned with the curriculum.

Our program begins with a 40-minute Zoom or in-person consultation to obtain information around your pain points and goals. Using this information, a template is created for your classroom, school, or organisation with strategies, resources, and tangible skills and tricks to utilise. We discuss all of this with a 60-minute Zoom or in-person meeting.

We then ask that you trial the strategies over 4 weeks, with a 30-minute check-in with us at the end of each week to discuss progress, changes, struggles, and wins. You have an additional month to follow up anytime with questions in an email and, if needed, 1x free 30-minute phone call. We recognise that cultural change within a school or classroom takes time, and there are ongoing consultation options available.

Our program is designed to ensure that you have all the skills and resources you need to create a culturally safe learning environment and confidently tackle any situation. We believe that this will not only benefit your students but also create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

Week 2:

- 60-minute Zoom or in-person meeting to discuss the custom template.

- Trial of the strategies over 4 weeks. This includes 30-minute check-in at the end of each week to discuss progress, changes, struggles, and wins.

1 Additional month:

- Follow up anytime with questions via email and have access to 1 free 30-minute phone call, if needed.

- Consultation options available for cultural change within a school or classroom.
