About Us

I a mentor and coach for teens and young adults. My greatest passion is supporting the wellbeing and growth of others. Having the privilege for nearly 20 years of teaching (Special Education, mostly high school) experience in Perth, Sydney, and the Sunshine Coast has gifted me with a deep understanding of the stresses and challenges children and parents face in the world today, especially for the sensitive, creative, energetic and/or academically challenged or gifted. I believe the easiest, most satisfying way to thrive in life is by being who you truly are, with a clear, calm mind and a healthy body. We entered this life as our truest selves, but conditioning got in the way. We started to believe we need to be someone other than ourselves to be liked, loved or successful. My experience along with my extensive studies in Mental Health, Youth Mentoring, Demartini Method, Nutrition, EFT and Human Design has gifted me with the information and insight to support teens and young adults in transforming their mind, body and life for the better.
