If you have purchased a workshop or program from Higher Swing and have a change of mind, you can request a refund within 14 days of the start date. If the program is due to begin in less than 14 days, your booking cannot be cancelled and is not refundable.

If you cancel more than 24 hours ahead of the class time, you can switch your booking to another date at the teacher’s discretion. If less than 24 hours ahead of the start of the program, you will forfeit your booking.

It’s easy! Simply head over to our booking page, search a program based on your preference or location, and hit book for a date that suits you.

If you’d like to become an educator listed on the Higher Swing website, all you need to do is create a profile and upload your listing. This is free to do - you only pay a fee when you sell through us.

We take the health and safety of our community seriously and our educators follow specific COVID-19 safety regulations to make workshops safer for all. We encourage class participants to wear masks when indoors, and provide masks for those who need them. At each workshop, we provide hand sanitiser and regularly wipe down all surfaces. For all program participants, we ask that you are mindful of social distancing - our educators will also keep this in mind when organising seating arrangements.

Easily purchase a gift voucher to the value of your choice and put a smile on the face of the special child in your life. To create smiles, head over to our gift card page. Our vouchers are valid for 12 months and redeemable on any of our programs. If the workshop the recipient wants to enrol in costs more than the value you’ve given, they can pay the difference. Or if it costs less, they can keep the money in their Higher Swing account for future programs. You will be emailed your gift voucher immediately after purchasing, or you can choose to have it emailed directly to the recipient.
