Samatva aims to promote holistic wellbeing through the exploration and development of yoga movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation.
Developing a ‘yoga and mindfulness toolbelt’ will enable pre-teens to enhance their overall wellbeing and maintain a healthy, balanced, and flourishing life.
Samatva works to help pre-teens develop and practice a variety of wellbeing tools and strategies that they will then be able to draw on in a simple and accessible way at any point in their day-to-day lives. This should enable pre-teens to move through the ups and downs of life with a greater sense of ease, purpose, and fulfilment.

As a secondary school teacher and yoga practitioner of over fifteen years, Holly has brought her passions of yoga and working with young people together to promote balanced and holistic teen wellbeing.
Through her experience in the classroom both locally and internationally, Holly works to champion teen resilience, by helping students to develop tools for emotional regulation, self- management and greater productivity.
In our ever-changing world, Holly believes these skills will help teens to lead a flourishing and balanced life throughout their school careers and beyond.
Holly holds a 200hYTT through Taozi Tree Yoga, Beijing, a 500hYTT through Kookaburra Creek Yoga, Perth and a Yoga Ed. Teaching Teen's Yoga qualification. Completed her MA "Education with a focus on youth wellbeing".
